February Mory's Gathering

Please join us again at our monthly social Gathering at Mory’s on Wednesday, February 12, from 5:30-7:30 pm, at Louis’ Lounge at Mory’s.

Over drinks (first drink on us!) and appetizers (also on us!), we will chat with our Special Guest, Jeff Trombetta, aka “Chef Jeff.” After 44 years in the culinary world, Jeff now specializes in artisanal sourdough bread. Operating under a Cottage License in Connecticut, Chef Jeff creates sourdough bread in his self-designed home kitchen.

Prior to retirement Jeff was the Executive Chef of Yale University Dining Services for 11 years. Jeff has “chef’d” in NYC, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Jacksonville. In addition, Jeff spent 24 years as Hospitality Professor at CT State-Norwalk. Jeff is a graduate of Syracuse University School of Management and The Culinary Institue of America where he studied Culinary/Restaurant Management.
