Admission is $20.00 for adults and children’s game ticket. Please return this form by December 30th. No tickets will be mailed. You may pick up your tickets inside the Payne Whitney gym at the entrance to amphitheater. For questions, please call the Yale Club of New Haven at (203) 432-4435.
