Join Yale Alumni and guests for a Cocktail demo and tasting on the Art and Science of Cocktail making, from Manhattans to Negronis, shaken vs. stirred, on the rocks vs. iced. It's a Yale Alumni Beverage Club (YABC) event in New Haven. 21+ only.

John Gianetti , 116 Crown owner and Cocktail Master, leads our group in a special private cocktail class to learn about and enjoy 4 different cocktails, from true classics to today's favorites. Cocktails made with different spirits, as well as 116's home made syrups and infusions. *John is a lecturer in Yale College!
Enjoy four 1/2 servings of different special cocktails = equals 2 full premium cocktails over 2 hours, plus private class info and socializing with your ticket.
Lively Q&A with the bar staff, Handouts and recipes to take home provided.
Location - Outdoors in 116 Crown Back Garden if weather permits, or indoors in 116 Bar if inclement.
Optional Happy Hour and food menus - No food is included in this cocktail class ticket, but you can order from their Happy Hour menu 4:30- 6pm or from regular food menu; purchase your own additional drinks and any food items on your own.
